The Mexican subsidiary of a large American bank.

Business Challenge:

The client required an enterprise document management system to convert paper account statements and related documents into digital images to reduce costs and increase efficiency in producing statements and to enable preparation for new worldwide banking regulations.

Solution:

AZERTIA, working with the client's team, first developed a comprehensive requirements specification. This document was then used as a basis to evaluate various document management solutions in the marketplace. After an exhaustive review, the ACORDE product suite from OPTIKA technologies was selected to satisfy the defined requirements.
